Notice of Information Collection, Sharing, and Disclosure

In support of our hiring process, we collect certain personal information and sensitive personal information from and about you. We also disclose certain personal information and sensitive personal information about you to non-affiliated third parties with whom we have a business relationship. Below you will find a description of (1) the categories and specific pieces of personal information and sensitive personal information we will collect about you, (2) the business or commercial purpose for collecting personal information and sensitive personal information, (3) the categories of sources from which the personal information and sensitive personal information will be collected, and (4) the categories of third parties with which we will share personal information and sensitive personal information, if you apply for a position with ADF. We do not employ or collect personal information or sensitive personal information from or about persons under 18 years of age. We do not sell personal information or sensitive personal information of any candidates, or employees.

We obtain your Personal Information and sensitive personal information from the following sources:

  • You
  • Previous employer, references listed, LinkedIn, placement agency

Business Purposes for which we Collect and Share Personal Information and Sensitive Personal Information

We use the Personal Information and sensitive personal information we collect from you and third parties to:

  • Evaluate you for potential employment with ADF
  • Onboard you if you are selected for employment

Categories of Third Parties with which We Share Personal Information and Sensitive Personal Information

We share Personal Information and sensitive personal information received from you or about you with certain third parties, including:

  • Credit bureaus such as Transunion, Experian, and Equifax for the purpose of running a credit check during our evaluation for employment, if applicable.*
  • Law enforcement agencies for the purpose of completing a background check on you during our evaluation for employment, if applicable.*
  • Our affiliates, which include all Applied Data Finance, LLC companies doing business as Personify Financial or Personify Loan Services, and all companies with the Applied Data Finance and ADF names.
  • Non-affiliated third parties with whom we have a business relationship including service providers who assist us in servicing and maintaining your employment records.

Right to Request Information

You have the right to request information regarding the personal information and sensitive personal information we collect on you, including the categories of information collected and the purposes for which it is collected, as well as the information we disclose about you to third parties. Right to Correct Inaccurate Personal Information

If you believe that we maintain inaccurate personal information or sensitive personal information about you, you have the right to request that we correct such inaccurate information. Right to Request Deletion

Under certain circumstances, you may have the right to request that we delete the personal information and sensitive personal information we have collected on you. Right to Equal Service

We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of the rights detailed above. Specifically, if you exercise any of the rights specified above, we will not: (1) deny goods or services to you, (2) charge you different rates or prices, or provide different wages, from those who have not exercised such rights, (3) provide different levels of service from those who have not exercised such rights, or (4) suggest that you will be subject to the discriminatory actions in items 1-3.

Consumer/Candidate Verification

When you make a request for information, request to correct, or request to delete, we will verify that you are the person making the request by comparing the information contained in your request to the information we have on file for you.

Third Party / Authorized Agent Requests

If you are using a third party, such as an attorney or family member, to submit this request on your behalf, we will need prior authorization from you for them to submit this request. If you are an agent for a candidate or former candidate for employment you must submit proof of authorization from the candidate to submit this request on their behalf. Such proof may consist of: (1) a power of attorney or letter of representation, or (2) verbal confirmation by the candidate. * Credit check and background checks are run on each candidate after the candidate has accepted an offer of employment and consented to such background check
